Braelyn and Addie got student of the month the very first month and enjoyed sharing the honor together!
Braelyn started dance at ASOD in Thomaston and cheer for the recreation department soon after school started.
She enjoyed cheer and Mrs. Jill, her coach was amazing with all the girls. Brae had a ball learning cheers and going to games. The season lasted through late Fall and she for sure wants to cheer with Mrs. Jill next year.
Dance (ballet and tap) is going well too. Brae had a Christmas tap recital in December and she did so well. She is a bit more excited for the upcoming Spring show because she will have a ballet routine and ballet is her jam. Mrs. Sarah, is so entergetic and Braelyn really feeds off her positive energy. Her first week she earned 'Grace Girl' which you can read about on the picture below.
On Labor Day we enjoyed staying the night at Aunt Janie's house in North ATL. The next day we went to the American Girl Store so that Braelyn could spend the remainder of her birthday money from 2015 on the girl of the year Lea.
We also had some more Six Flags fun.
Soon it was time to celebrate my BABY'S 8th birthday. For some reason 8 was like BIG to me. Like she is really growing up. 8 also brought on a new loving side to Brae and she all the sudden starting telling me she loves me randomly throughout the day. I love it and truly cherish it every time she tells me. Also 8 brought a tad better shopper. She will tag along if she has to without complaining too much, but she still wants to know exactly how many stores we are going in. HA! She also graduated from her booster seat. TEAR. She is officially tall and big enough to sit in the seat by herself.

Halloween was so much fun this year! Our little Princess Leia was totally adorable and so much fun!

In December Brae had her second school project that she LOVED completing! She picked the Tiger and did so great painting and decorating and finding out a few fun facts about them.
Christmas brought on all the festivities. We had to miss the Wilson Christmas party due to a stomach bug that has hit Brae 3 times this school year. We were bummed, but the rest of the Christmas holidays were great. We visited Santa, Brae told him she wanted a AG camper. She participated in Milner Baptist Christmas singing/play. It was so good! We all enjoyed her time off school. Aunt Sudi and Uncle Nolan came in on the 23rd and we went to see the new Star Wars movie. Christmas Eve we enjoyed a relaxing day at the farm and spent the evening at Nuna and Grands with family and great food. Christmas morning Brae loved what Santa brought her, but the true surprise was than Mike and I got her a "reborn" baby boy named Eli or E for short. She was over the moon. It was a great Christmas!
